Mama Fuji’s is by Autumn Court restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona. This page explains what we do with information you send us. It is written in plain language on purpose.
What you send us directly. If you fill in the interest form on this site, that is the name, email address and the one answer you pick from the list. If you email us instead, it is your email address, your name if you sign it, and whatever you choose to write. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
What happens to an interest-form submission. When you submit that form, it goes straight to us rather than opening your email app. It passes through n8n, the automation tool we run on our own server, and is stored in Notion, a third-party service where we keep our business records. Both act as our processors, handling it on our instructions under their own terms rather than as their own customer data. Your name and email are never sent to Google Analytics; only the non-identifying answer you picked is.
What we use it for, and for how long. Only to contact you about the meal-prep pilot. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing. Ask us to delete it and we will, at manager@autumncourt.com. If the pilot does not go ahead, we delete the list.
We also use Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies and similar technology to collect information about visits to this site: pages viewed, interactions, browser and device information, and approximate location. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use it for advertising or ads personalization, and we have not linked it to any ads account. Google explains how it processes this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
To reply to you, to let you know when Mama Fuji’s opens if you asked to be told, and to understand how many people are visiting this page and where they came from. That is all.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Reply to any email from us and say stop, or email manager@autumncourt.com. We will remove you and we will not need a reason.
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the launch list is no longer in use. We review the list about every six months and remove anyone we have not heard from, so it does not sit around indefinitely. If the pilot does not go ahead, we delete the list. Ask us to delete it at any time at the same address and we will.
